Dan is the CEO of Integrated Materials Inc. (IMI) with over 20 years of semiconductor equipment related experience. He has been President of Kinetics and President & COO of Celerity. Most recently, he was the Senior VP of Worldwide Sales at KLA-Tencor.

Dan received his BS from Trenton State College.
